While some noted that ADOR’s net profit appears higher simply because NewJeans were “on hiatus” and “not spending any money,” others countered that the group’s ability to make money even during the scandal demonstrates how crucial they are to the business, especially the three members who are currently facing criticism for their delayed return.
On the other hand, the profit margin, which reached 18.4% (the strongest indicator of which subsidiary is “actually performing the best,” calculated as Net Profit ÷ Revenue), shows that ADOR was the best-performing among HYBE subsidiaries.
