Kazuha also incorporates a large white exercise ball into her ab workouts. Despite its size, she finds it convenient enough to bring with her to her company. She uses the ball to train her inner muscles, keeping her core strong. “I always bring this when I go to the company. Isn’t it cute? I use this when I want to train the inner muscles,” she explained with a smile.

Finally, Kazuha includes planks in her routine to build her abdominal strength. She even involves her fellow LE SSERAFIM members, Yunjin and Chaewon, who often join her in planking exercises before photoshoots. “We work out a lot. When we go to a shoot, we do planks before it starts,” she said, emphasizing the importance of staying active even during breaks.
