Park Bom said she was dedicating her time to treatment… but returned to social media with “big-eyed selfies” just two weeks later.
On November 6, Park Bom posted on her social media account, writing:
“Park Bom♥ #박봄 #bompark #parkbom #bomparkelizabeth,” accompanied by three selfie photos.
In the released photos, Park Bom is seen wearing a black sleeveless top, looking confidently into the camera. Her striking eye makeup, thick eyelashes, bright blush, and full lips caught attention, highlighting her doll-like features.
Park Bom also introduced herself as “Park Bom Elizabeth,” sparking fans’ curiosity.
Back in March, she had said, “Hello, I’ve truly become Park Bom Elizabeth. Thank you. I love you.”
Meanwhile, Park Bom stirred controversy on October 22 after revealing on social media a complaint against YG’s executive producer, Yang Hyun Suk, claiming he failed to pay her earnings from 2NE1’s group activities.
She wrote at the time: “They said they made my appearance look like XX, just to mock me. When I think about it, I realize YG never paid for any of my plastic surgeries — I paid for a few myself.”
She added: “Once, he suddenly apologized to me on the stairs, saying he had used me as an example when talking about plastic surgery.”
She also claimed: “I wrote almost all of YG’s songs except for one, but I never received any money, and it’s even hard to find my name in the credits. I worked endlessly on singing and still got nothing. I received 4,321 CF offers, but only 61 were officially under my name.”
After the controversy grew, her agency, D-Nation Entertainment, issued a statement on October 23 saying: “All financial settlements related to Park Bom’s 2NE1 activities were completed a long time ago, and no complaint has been officially filed as stated on social media.”
On October 24, the agency further stated: “Park Bom is currently in a highly unstable emotional state, making communication difficult. She is in urgent need of treatment and rest for recovery.”
It is noted that Park Bom suspended her group activities with 2NE1 last August due to health reasons and is currently taking a break.
