Lee Joo Eun and Park Soo Jung Dating Rumors Spark Controversy… Park Kirian: “Dating with players is a red line, and both parties suffer.” (From “Dolsing Fourmen”)
Amid the circulating dating rumors between cheerleader Lee Joo Eun and Keum Heroes baseball player Park Soo Jung, Park Kirian has drawn attention with her comments about the taboos that cheerleaders abide by, most notably refraining from romantic relationships with players.
On the July 22 episode of the SBS variety show “Take Off Your Shoes – Dolsing Fourmen,” Park Kirian appeared as a guest alongside Choi Jin Hyuk, Lee Joo Eun, and Shin Kyu Jin, in a special segment on matchmaking.
During the episode, Park Kirian explained that one of the main taboos for cheerleaders is dating athletes, saying:
“There has always been an unwritten agreement between us and the company. Getting into a relationship with a player can cause harm to both parties. If the relationship doesn’t work out, we’re often blamed. So, I always make sure to warn new trainees about this.”
She added that the second taboo is “a blank face,” referring to the significant challenges on the job:
“Baseball games usually last about three hours. On hot days, as soon as we step onto the field, we feel like we can’t breathe. We sweat profusely, even from the top of our heads, yet we have to maintain a smile the entire time.”
It’s important to note that on July 21, pictures of Lee Joo Eun and Park Soo Jung together in an intimate pose at a Life Four Cuts photo booth went viral, sparking internet allegations that they were dating. Neither party has made an official declaration about their relationship as of yet.
It’s worth noting that Lee Joo-eun gained widespread fame last year while participating in the KIA Tigers cheerleading squad, thanks to her distinctive performance of the “Biki-Biki” dance.
