The core of the perjury claim lies in a confidential company document knowns as the Weekly Music Industry Report. This report, which allegedly surfaced recently, was said to have been directed to Kim during her tenure as HR Director at HYBE. According to the petitioner, Kim denied knowledge of this document during her testimony, despite allegedly being aware of its existence. During the audit, Kim had claimed that HYBE was taking active steps to “promote respectful behavior” and “prevent human rights violations,” assertions the complainant has labeled as false.
