Recently, dating rumors surfaced between BTS leader RM and Red Velvet’s Seulgi after a video went viral, gaining over 70,000 likes and more than 1.2 million views. The video claims that the recent posts and appearances of both stars have raised suspicions.
The video shows a recent Instagram story from RM and photos of Seulgi during her visit to an art exhibition. Netizens noticed similarities between the couches in both pictures, which the uploader considered “enough proof” to spark dating rumors.
However, in South Korea, it’s quite common for idols to share photos of themselves visiting art galleries or exhibitions. It was also reported that Seulgi went to the exhibition with her friend.
Although these are merely speculations, the video drew mixed reactions. Some said they didn’t want this to be true, while others pointed out that idols are adults who have the freedom to do as they please.
