On August 27, KST, actress Song Daeun shared a shocking video of BTS member Jimin.
The video, which first appeared on the actress’s TikTok account, shows the actress running out of her apartment and standing in front of an elevator door. When the doors open, BTS’s Jimin appears looking surprised befor walking over to actress Daeun, and the video ends with a shot of their shoses.
The actress later shared a video of her pet dog walking at night, with Jimin’s voice heard in the background.
The videos went viral, with many netizens seeing them as conclusive evidence of the dating rumors that first surfaced in 2022. the rumors have been repeatedly denied by the actress herself, while some believe they may just be friends, since they live in the same apartment complex.
Song Daeun and Jimin were involved in dating and cohabitation rumors in 2022. Song Daeun directly addressed the dating rumors regarding Jimin through her official account in 2023. At the time, Song Da-eun said, “Please ask someone other than me about third-party matters. I’m in my right mind. Don’t scare me by telling me how scary the fandom is and how much you’re doing that could get you sued. As before, I’m collecting all the evidence.” She did not explicitly confirm or deny the dating rumors.
Meanwhile, Song Da-eun, born in 1991, graduated from Induk University’s Department of Broadcasting and Entertainment and made her official acting debut in the 2011 MBC drama “Can’t Lose.” She subsequently appeared in the 2013 MBC morning drama “Hold My Hand,” the 2014 KBS 2TV drama “Drama Special – Unauthorized Parking,” the 2017 SBS Plus drama “Wednesday at 3:30 PM,” and the 2020 KBS weekend drama “Once Again.” Her most widely recognized broadcast came in 2018 with the Channel A dating variety show “Heart Signal Season 2.”
Jimin, born in 1995, made his debut in 2013 as a member of BTS, a group under HYBE’s Big Hit Music label. After completing his mandatory military service in June, he departed for the United States with the other members of BTS in July to begin preparations for their comeback. BTS is set to return in the spring of 2026 and embark on a large-scale world tour.
