Recently, a new video has gone viral, allegedly showing Jungkook with his ex-girlfriend, sparking concerns among ARMY about the members’ privacy.
It began when a photo of Jungkook surfaced in Japan, at the same time Winter from aespa was also there, leading fans to speculate that the two had secretly left together. But as dating rumors resurfaced, an old video of Jungkook from his home began circulating again, followed by the release of new footage described as “shocking.”
In the leaked video, which was revealed on November 10, Jungkook appears walking next to a girl whose face was blurred, before other clips show them stopping in front of what is believed to be his old apartment door.
The internet user who shared the video claimed to have received it from an anonymous source who had posted it on social media.
Although many fans insisted that the video was AI-generated, some netizens pointed out that Jungkook was wearing the same outfit he had on during the Louis Vuitton event in 2023. Others also claimed that Jungkook’s voice at the end of the clip sounded very clear and real.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time Jungkook’s privacy has been violated through leaked footage from inside his home. In 2023, a video allegedly showing Jungkook inside his apartment hugging a woman went viral. Later, Jungkook appeared at a listening party for his song “3D”, confirming to ARMY that he was not romantically involved with anyone at the time.
Opinions among netizens were divided — some argued that Jungkook being involved in multiple dating rumors could harm his image, while others expressed frustration over the continuous invasion of his privacy and the persistent harassment from sasaengs.
Meanwhile, Jungkook has returned to South Korea after what was reported as a secret trip to Japan. According to Korean media, he has now completed his schedule in Japan.
