However, some netizens quickly linked her presence to V’s appearance at the same concert, speculating they might have gone together despite reports of their breakup in 2023. Others, however, brought in a new character: dancer Lee Jung, who had previously collaborated with V in a dance challenge.
The controversy escalated after a video of V alongside dancer Lee Jung at the concert went viral. A netizen described the interaction: “The way he was looking at her, and when she saw him staring, he looked away and licking his lips, oh my god .”
Netizens were quick to respond to the rumors about V and Lee Jung, with many sharing that they were just friends and had previously collaborated, and sharing their opinions on the video. Many specifically pointed out that V was actually looking elsewhere, with some saying his focus was on James from CROTIS.
It was also noted that Lee Jung’s Instagram account was flooded with comments about these “rumors.”
Netizens React To V and Lee Jung’s Dating Rumors
Some were frustrated with the way the conversation was turning sexual, writing: “taehyung really didn’t call lee jung “dance instructornim” just for yall to sexualize her and reduce her to being a fck buddy… istg leave her alone ????”
