On August 27th, I-DLE’s Shuhua uploaded several photos to her personal Instagram account, showcasing her soft, serene elegance, wearing a light green traditional dress while posing amidst the serene nature.

The elegance of Shuhua in her latest photos immediately caught the attention of Korean netizens on online forums. They couldn’t believe she was real, calling her appearance in the photos AI-like (virtual), a painting, and even a character straight out of a manhua (manhua).
Some of their comments included:
- There used to be many popular Chinese-style paintings of beauties, where they wore perfect gowns like this, and Shuhua looks exactly like those paintings.
- Wow, this is the best style I’ve ever seen of Shuhua.
- Wow, this is crazy… Is she real?
- When she appears in her native traditional dress like this, you can really tell she’s a foreigner.
- So you ignore that and risk everything on Chinese fans? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
- Is that the real Shuhua? I thought it was AI… WOW…
- She looks like she came from a historical painting.
- I’ve always found Shuhua’s Chinese beauty to be very strong, and seeing her like this makes her look even more unreal.
- I thought she was filming a historical drama, so beautiful!
- This is truly beautiful, gentle, unreal, and like a painting of a goddess.
- She’s so beautiful, like the heroine of a Chinese historical drama/novel.
- Crazy… is this a game? a movie? CGI? She’s a real fairy… it’s like an oriental painting brought to life
- I was wondering who Shuhua was, so I searched and found out she’s a Taiwanese singer active in my country… But the comments are full of praise. Is she really that pretty??? Is it just me who has different tastes???
- People who didn’t find her pretty probably just scrolled past quietly… you’re the only one who actually left a comment, right??
- Guess everyone sees things differently. To me she just looks normal… there are plenty of actresses like that in Chinese dramas.
What do you think?
